M. STUDIO Online Return Policy

Full price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 30 days from the date of receipt to receive a refund.  All items must be returned in unworn and otherwise perfect condition with original tags attached. Footwear will only be accepted if returned in its original, undamaged shoebox. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Discounted or sale items and gift cards purchased online are final sale – no refunds.

To request a return, please submit this form. You will receive an email confirmation for your return as well as the return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return label will be deducted from the amount refunded. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns may also be dropped off at our Whitefish store during regular business hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. Depending on the processing speed of your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.
